Responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and promoting crane products and services. Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure while maintaining strong customer relationships. Execute marketing activities, attend trade shows, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and business growth.
Design & Engineering
Responsible for preparing detailed drawings, conducting load calculations, and creating technical documentation with practical expertise in AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS
Order Processing
Responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Coordinate with sales, design, production, and dispatch teams to streamline workflow. Maintain proper documentation, track order status, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and support.
Production
Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising crane manufacturing activities to meet quality and delivery standards. Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure material availability and efficient workflow. Monitor production schedules, maintain safety standards, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Quality Purchase
Responsible for sourcing quality materials and components required for crane manufacturing. Evaluate and select reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely procurement. Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials, maintain vendor records, and ensure all purchases meet company and industry standards.
Services
Responsible for installation, erection, commissioning, and electrical/mechanical maintenance of cranes and lifting equipment. Diagnose and resolve issues quickly, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with engineering to ensure reliable performance and customer satisfaction.
HR
Responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within the organization. Maintain HR policies, attendance, and payroll records while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Promote a positive work culture through training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Finance
Responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and expense control. Prepare financial reports, monitor cash flow, and ensure timely payments and collections. Maintain compliance with taxation and audit requirements while supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.
Electrical & Purchase Department
Responsible for managing electrical systems and procurement for cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment. Handle sourcing of electrical components, spare parts, and safety devices while coordinating with approved vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Support installation, servicing, and maintenance in line with safety standards and project requirements.
